The Good Run World Kindness Day

I understand that participating in a Run Club Jeru event, including the warm-up, running or walking route, and related event activities, is voluntary and involves inherent risks. These risks may include falls, collisions, traffic, road or path conditions, weather, dehydration, illness, physical injury, property loss, and the actions of other participants or third parties.

I confirm that I am physically able to participate and am responsible for deciding whether participation is appropriate for me. I agree to follow the designated route and the reasonable instructions of Run Club Jeru’s organizers, run leaders and volunteers, and to stop participating if I feel unwell or conditions become unsafe.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless Run Club Jeru and its organizers, run leaders, volunteers, agents and representatives from claims arising from the ordinary risks of my voluntary participation in the event.

I understand that Run Club Jeru does not provide medical or personal-property insurance for participants. I am responsible for my own medical needs, belongings and expenses. If an emergency occurs, I authorize the organizers to seek reasonable medical assistance on my behalf.
